How to stop my skin being oily!

I wash my face twice a day with Neutrogena facial wash which is meant to prevent spots. After I have washed my face it feels absoloutly fine, not too oily/dryed out but it goes back to being oily really quickly. I was wondering if there is a way to cure this problem. I am in my teens so if that helps. Thanks x

i have tried several things for my oily skin, and hardly any of them worked, but here are a few that did;

-blend some cucumber in a blender to form a fine paste and refrigerate in a freezer to chill it. apply the chilled paste on your face after cleansing it and wash off using cold water after fifteen minutes. repeat twicee a week for the best results.

-splash cold water on your face. it will tighten up your pores and leaves you refreshed.

you can rince it during the day with regular water then use a washcloth to dry it (you don't have to pat it on your face just wipe off the oil)

you can also use the oil blotting papers they sell
