ek cuz of that i havent been sleeping at all and havent been eating all that well. any ideas?

atleast 8 hours sleep, yoga helps too. or just going for a walk/jog
exercise does work wonders, so does having a night out with friends. you really gotta find out what works best for you, for me it's thinking things through, writing everything down to get my thoughts in order, doing my nails, working out, calling my sister and just unloading on her its really different for everyone.
There are many ways to deal with stress, you just need to find which one works best for you. For me sometimes it really depends on my mood. Sometimes I enjoy a hot soak in the bath tub with lavendar oils....then I bring in a magazine to force myself to think about other things than whatever is stressing me out. Massages always help me destress.... I have even gone to the mall and just walked around alone. To me just walking around and clearing my mind helps. Find out what you enjoy... and try to clear your mind while doing it.... Good Luck.

depending on your current state, you may or may not have anxiety problems (my mum has to take medications for hers, and i'm almost there).
take a day for yourself, a "mental health day". watch movies you enjoy, eat comfort food, sort through all of the problems in your life. write them down, then destroy them.
i often have to ask myself "melia, why are you worrying?" and i go through every aspect of my life to try and figure it out. relationship, work, budget, health, social life, etc, problems. once i find something that may have bothered me, even a little, i tell myself it isn't a big deal. just talk myself through it.
stress can get very out of hand if not handled properly... i suggest talking to a therapist if you find yourself in a black hole.

stress isnt fun, u should try to eat cause the consequences r bad
i had alot of stress too i didnt eat much, now i have this stomach problem that causes my stomach to hurt whether i eat or dont
anywayz try talking with a friend to help forget ur stress
maybe getting a message
a warm hot soak
going to the mall
just something that takes ur mind off things

i get 5hours minimum, cant jog or walk outside cuz its 17degrees outside =[
yeah i do that except the sister part when i moved outs she started to hate me for some reason.. but after all that all the worrying thoughts keeps on coming back. I have a weak hart and cuz of that every time if i stress too much i pass out. it freaks me out every time.
i do most of the things but i still worry.. ek i dont know im stupid i guess
i do try to cuz boyfriends hate it. =[
i do but boyfriend hates it.
if i ask my self those questions i keep on blaming myself though i dont know why
