1-1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
2 tsp. honey
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt or vanilla soy yogurt
Place frozen strawberries and pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor. (You may want to cut the strawberries in half beforehand to make it easier to puree them.)
-Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
-Cover and puree until smooth.
