there are special lotions for stretch marks. One that I have heard really good things about is palmers. They have one directly geared toward stretch marks and their products are affordable and found in a lot of drugstores

Good new and bad news! The good news is your not alone the bad news is most creams and remedies don't work. I got mine from child birth. I never scratched and used every kind of cream remedy you could think of but guess what...yup still there. Stretch mark are scarring on your skin. It also has to do with the elasticity in your skin. Ive tried it all. Over time they fade a little but are still there. Me I'm confident so I have no problem going to the beach with a bikini stretch marks and all

body wash

"st ives apricot intensive body wash" is recommended, until skin is pink once a week

you can also make your own exfolant with normal body wash or aloe vera gel, by mixing raw sugar or course sea salt, sand almost anything with a course like texture

drink lots of water

take vitamins E & C are good for wound healing

and vitamin A is good for cell renewal

Vitamins A, C & E are good for both our insides and outsides so if you find them in lotions thats good as well as well as lotions with collagen and elastin

use lotion on your skin 1-2 times daily!

drink aloe vera juice

you can try to make your own lotion

I heard someone got rid of their stretch marks by mixing raw unrefined shea butter and extra virgin olive oil first cold pressed

it takes a while to see the full results when using lotions depending on the strethmarks

you can usually see results with in the first 2 months and it takes 6 months up to a year to see amazing results!

shea butters supost to be really good as I said but you wanna get the raw or unrefined type not the prosessed type cause it filters on some of the good things for your skin

I think shea butter might be better than cocobutter..

hope dis helps.
