What Should you do when Someone says they want something, but isn't trying to actually get it?

I have a friend who says they want to gain muscle weight like all the time and they always say they are going to but, all they've done is one work out and I don't know it bugs me because they always bring it up and I get frustrated because I don't want to hear it, like if you're not even trying then stop talking about it like you actually care. I'd be satisfied if they stayed the way they were but its not good enough for them, so then do something about it! Right?

Maybe this person just has trouble setting goals for his/herself. A lot of people are thinkers but not do-ers. If you are a do-er, then you could perhaps help your friends my helping him/her make a fitness plan. You should definitely confront him/her thought - and tell them that if they really want it, he/she should go for it - and tell them that you're willing to help.

Right, maybe you can motivate this person and help them reach their goal. Some people cant set goals and stick to them.
