lay flat on the floor, place your hands behind your neck, lift your upper torso until about 45 degrees and slowly lay back down. This way your muscles will be better solicited

do as many as you can you can start doing three series of 12...and gradually work your way up :)

i like putting my feet under the couch and lifting my torso up with my arms crossed over my chest from sholder to sholder



you want to makesure you NEVER pull at your head and neck if you put your hands behind your head they are just there to give extra strain to your body not to help you lift your head
