this is news to me.

i dont think it would work tbh cus your not using the main muscles in your stomache only the side ones. although i used to go to an aerobics class & she always used to tell us to suck in while we were exercising, so idk xx

It might excersise and strengthen the tummy muscles, but not enough to see a difference I don't think xx

well i have read about it on the internet and according to the majority of people that have done it that it works, but i personally have never tried it. i suppose that it is worth a try though as it can't do you any harm. why don't you give it a go, and tell us the resultss, then we can all try it if it works. lolzz[:

well i've never heard of that but it does work when you exercise you suck in your stomach and you get better results

it's not just sucking it in. you have to use the muscles. you can feel the difference between the top muscles and the bottom ones and you know if you're tightening them or just u gut lol
