heY! i had the exact same problem and im 13! i ran did crunches and sit ups and went 2 work out classes. it really works! 4 realy great and fast results u have 2 eat healthier 2

you're only 12. you're still growing. :)

you should be comfotable with how your body looks and feels rather than trying to change it. the only reason you'd need to lose weight is because you are eating unhealthy foods or not exercising.

but if you are truley unhappy with the way you look you should talk to your doctor or parents and see what they can do to help because you lose weight.

daily exercises like swimming, running, riding your bike,or playing a sport plus watching what you eat (picking healthier choices not skipping meals) would be a good first step. :)

well your only 12 which means you still got baby fat and your gonna probably for a couple more years i did until i was 16 but working out and eating healthy at an early age will help you firm up as you get older have a killer body and good eating habits better to start younger than older
