do a lot of cardio that helps.......... also if you work out . wor your abs the most and eat a healthy diet
ya...just work out do lots of crunches and eat healthy :thumbup:
crunches or tension exercises in one of my early blogs in the 'weight' folder i have some tips but i just sucked it in, tightening the muscles, hold it for a few seconds then release. do that all throughout the day and it really does take effect after a few days : P
