Jogging & Running Enthusiasts?

Anyone else here love to jog and run for exercise and health?

I have been since I was 12. It's the cheapest (the only expensive thing about it is a great pair of running shoes, not a big deal), simplest, form of exercise out there. No need for fancy clothes, equipment, or great abilitly. People of all abilities can enjoy the benefits of jogging and running has to offer. Anyone else agree with me?

I've just recently started running on a regular basis :D But it's kinda hard now because, it's snowing like crazy out there >.< But I do love it.

Well, it's hard to go running here, because now it's snowing outside. But yea, I absolutley agree with you. Running is cheap, good for your body and like Fathima said also psychological. :D

Yeah you r correct. i agree with you.
Aside from the health benefits jogging or running imparts, there are also many psychological benefits to a regular running or jogging program. Some of these include the confidence and character that running builds, the stress relief, and the attitude boost.
