Weird Sleep Pattern..

Okay, For the last little while I have been unable to get to sleep and yesterday it was at it's worst when I got out of my room at like 1pm and then I didn't sleep until 7:20am today, and that was only for about 3 hours. and Now im finding it hard to get to sleep.

I Used to get it when I was worried about something that was happening the next day, but there is nothing exciting going on in my life at the moment so there's no reason for to be worried. so it's just strange why I can't sleep.

Any clue as to whyy? I would see a doctor but my mum doesn't believe me.

Oh I also suffer from panic attacks if Im under stress if that helps at all?

i sense that you're a worrisome person and that you tend to get stressed easily. There could be something that's subconsciously bothering you and you will have to learn to calm yourself. I know it's not as easy as it sounds but just give it a try. Figure out which activities relax you and make them a habit (ex. reading). On my worst nights, I have my husband rub my back, that usually gets me to nod off..I'm not sure if that would help in your case, it could be something more serious and indeed stress-related in which only a doctor could provide the best advice.

I'm going threw the samee , I havn't gotten a wink of sleep lastnight -_-.. its because of stress/anxiety . Try eating a banana b4 you go to bed or drink a cup of camomilee tea its supposed to be relaxing
