I understand how frustrating it is waiting for hair to grow.. mines the same!

I recommend:
- buying hair growing supplements from a health shop
- eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and especially protein
- trim the ends of your hair every month (when your hair gets to the right length, you don't want to be cutting off long split ends!)
- don't use a lot of styling products, or heating irons
- and the best advise... 2 litres of water a day

Alright this is actually very helpful.... u can try powdering fenugreek seeds...and storing it in a container..... and every morning on an empty stomach, take half a teaspoon of the powder into a glass of water mix well and drink it all up....!!!it doesn't taste too good....but its worth the try...!!! The seeds contain hormone precursors that replenish hair growth. Additionally, fenugreek seeds are a good source of nicotinic acid and protein. Protein is highly important in rebuilding and strengthening the hair shaft.
I've found it really helpful..!!!but you've got to be patient as it takes about a month to show actual results......!!! good luck..!! =)
