Can anyone give me tips on how to clear acne spots?

I have alot of acne spots on my on my chest and back.. Ive tried using ambi but it doesnt seems to work..

Any suggestions?

I use pink grapefruit neutrogena exfoliating wash, it clears me up fast. Another sort of home remedy, i guess you could call it that, is toothpaste. Just spread a little on each of your zits and let it dry for a little bit, then wash it off. The toothpaste dries up the oil and dirt from the acne and then the zit goes away. Thats all I got, good luck :)

I used to have acne and i went to the docters and they gave me Duac and it did work so try getting that x

A good soap to try is cetaphil..they have it a soap bar, for sensitive skin and also in anti-bacterial. I used it and it cleared up my problem spots. You can usually find it at any pharmacy or wal-mart. If you moisturize, make sure to use a light weight lotion, such as lubriderm for sensative skin.
