Baby Hair

I've noticed with my daughter her hair goes all fluffy like. She can be just laying there and it will raise out on its ends. It isn't because she is cold because there is no draft where she is and the heat is always on. It can't be static electricity because it even happens when she is asleep (she don't be rolling her head back and forth to go like it). I was just wondering why her hair does that. Apparently it happens to other babies to but the parents don't know why. It doesn't bother me but I just think it looks cute and was wondering why it happens in the first place. Does this happen to anyone else's baby?
