Sounds to me like you have the same problem I used to have :) i used to do so much to my skin and didn't realise I was actually ruining my skin by using so many different things. What i did was barely use anything i just washed my face with a bar of dove soap every night and moisturised just the areas where I didn't get spots and the soon my spots cleared away after around 2 weeks, when I heard this advise i didn't think if would work and thought my skin would go all oily and horrible but it didn't it went soft and clear :) hope im helping you! Good look, I know how much spots can get you down so stick at it and hopefully they shall clear away:) xxxx ... oh and if that doesn't work maybe go see your doctor and they could give you a proscription for some antibiotics or a cream that could help :)

your skincare routine shouldn't be complicated. most people with problematic skin has this misconception that using tons of products can actually improve breakouts. That actually does the opposite. aside from irritants, overzealous cleaning can trigger oil glands to compensate and you end up with even more grease, more zits! stick with a good wash, toner and moisturizer. that simple. Try Clean and clear products. I also recommend Burt's Bees for sensitive skin.
