Weell, im kristian.

im 13 years old.

a REALLY bad acne problem.

The best diet is no diet.. Ok this is what I mean.. You can eat what you like and want in moderation,., Say you have a sandwhich ok and well make it whole wheat no mayo but add a lil low fat dressing and instead of chips put veggies in place of them drink lots of water.. that helps you stay full. Also enjoy snacks low fat.. But if u want a peice of cake then do so and eat it.... Dont deny yourself of food.. just moderation.

What Angitia41 said is spot on. Try using brown/whole wheat bread instead of normal white bread. Limit yourself with the junk food. Avoid carbonated drinks! Substitute them with fresh juice or something. Water's essential..atleast 7 normal-sized glasses a day. It seems impossible lol but apparently it keeps your skin healthy. I've never done it lol I wouldn't know.

Oh and remember a healthy lifestyle consists of 10% working out and 90% nutrition/diet.
