weight loss/ toning/ and all the rest

since new year i have decided to lose abt 20pounds, to get healthy and so as to be able to wear a bikini in summer, but i am a great fan of chocolates and hate veggies with all my heart. can anyone tell me a good and healthy diet (no crash diets) which lets me eat as much chocolate as i like (usually up to 2 bars daily).

also can anyone give me ideas of how to get a firmer butt, and flatter/firmer stomach.

excersise excersise excersise is the onli way to do it get ur self off to gym or even buy a dance work out dvd they seem to be a real hit!

oyur gonna need , self disapline , learn to resist choc , and boost your metabolism , there are several ways to do this , buy having a cold shower , shaking your leg a lil , whilst your eating , exercise , and eating , yup , eating boots the quickness you loose weight .

resist cho , choc is your enemy , but not for ever though , cut down on choc PERMANENTLY , cut down , not take it out of your diet for ever , your ment to exercise 30 mins a day , so try walk to school on the ocaasion , but not slow walking , fast walking .
