or you can get those makeup that makes your skin more brighter/tanner but what do i know gah!

Well I am not sure what exactly your are asking... do you mean seen (the verb)? or scene ( the noun)? I am going to guess you are asking about the best make-up that can be seen on dark skin? (sorry I could be incorrect). But I have seen some bold colors by MAC I believe will show up well. Or even some of the Revlon bold/metallic makeup might work. Hope this sorta helps.

Dark skin doesn't really need foundation or anything, maybe you should use a pinky/peachy blusher to just bring out your cheek bones. Also, use a lighter eyeshadow so that when you've put your mascara on, it shows the length of your eyelases. I would use a darker colour on your lips, or even clear - just to make them shimmer =)
