i have the same problem, and ive lost quite alot of weight by just exercising and eating healthy. its been hard with chocolate and stuff but ive limited to one chocolate a week, thats the best way! you could take some diet pills, but they are quite expensive and dont always work!

I also agree with the other posts. Skinny & Slim does not make you gorgeous. But you can be healthy and gorgeous. What may help you loose water weight or excess bloat I use a body detox cleanse. This helps clean your 'insides'. (haha). Then I make sure I eat a good breakfast, healthy lunch (spinach salad), and a good dinner. I try to cook everything myself so I can control all the oil and salt. If you need to snack, celery is good to snack on, bc you actually burn more calories eating it then it actually contains. Or I will make a large pot of chicken and vegetable soup. May sound funny, but I enjoy soup. Remeber never starve will only make you gain more weight when you do eat because your body goes into survival mode.

heey thats true wat other posts say about skinny & slim wont make anyone gorgeous but definitily do not listen to them when they say dont eat,thats wrong completly!

take it slow,have a healthy balenced diet which includes eating all the food groups ,without having too much of one of them but of course fruits n vegetables are an exception

have small portions,protein ,fibre foods are good foods to fill you up easily like cereal bars and bananas

excercise one hour daily

have water rather than sugar based drinks

dont let stress ,boredness make you hungry

n lastly dont be too strict on yourself becoming stick skinny shouldn't be a goal ,only becoming healthy ,you dont wanna feel unhappy eating on a strict diet,thats why alot of those celebrity super skinny ppl are nev er happy
