Whats the best way to lose weight?

I need to lose weight, but i don't want too starve myself or anything. I want to lose weight naturally. I also need a diet that i can stick too. x

You could try a natural essentials oil called slim and sassy doTerra it's suppose to boost you metabolism naturally and you can stick to your regular diet (as long as it's not too all junk food) it's about 30$ a bottle if you want to spend the money. well well my favorite topic! I actually lost 45 lbs from January 2011-May, it was for my brothers birthday.
Here's how you start: No fruits, soda, anything with high amounts of sugar for the first 2 weeks. This is the MOST IMPORTANT PART! I lost 10 lbs in those 2 weeks just from doing that. (and of course no fast food) You have to try your best to eat mostly greens and have lean meat like chicken with it.
After that find low sugar products under 6g if possible. Eat lean foods, and make sure you eat fist portions, not more than you should. A lot of people don't know this, but the slower you eat your food the faster you fill up. Also drink water as often as you can. Tea is okay, but you will either have to do no sugar or limit it. NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS (sweet n low, splenda, etc.....)
Yes you will need to be working out. Walking 30 minutes a day is a great way to start. If you can do an hour it's even better. If you can go to a gym at least 2 times a week and do weights it's even better.
Now...when you start losing weight...please don't do what I did.....starting eating junk food and almost gained it all back. I don't look like I weigh as much as I do, but believe me hun when you use to be a size 3 and went to a 7 and said it's okay, then hit a 13 and realized you need to stop eating....uhh it's devastating. Although ppl say I look like I weigh around 130....ha! I'm 180 (just lost 8 lbs because I'm starting over too)

In case you were wondering...I started @ 198 and got down to 153, my goal is 130 so I wasn't that far and I ruined it. But this year I will win!
