I had the same exact problem... I tried almost every single brand of acne treatment out there. What worked for me that I heard is mixing honey and cinnamon powder to make a thick paste as a facial mask overnight. I saw that my face was getting clearer in one night! But all you do is wash your face before you go to bed with whatever you're using and then put the mask everywhere on your face, when you wake up in the morning wash it off with warm water and pat dry. Then put a mask of honey and a few drops of lemon juice for only 30 mins and wash it off. I seriously had clear skin in less than a week! But be careful cause it doesn't always works for everyone! Hope I helped!! :]
Salicylic acid worked for me. It's found in some acne washes, but it is also found in aspirin. You can make an aspirin mask. There's a lot of recipes for making it. Here's a very simple one I found:
Another thing that worked for me was applying some honey on the zit, then applying some apple cider vinegar on top. I left it on for 30 minutes and rinsed it off. The zit got a lot smaller the same day. It probably would have disappeared if I left it longer. I just didn't like how sticky it was lol. Shaylawhitted has the right idea of using it overnight. That way you don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable, since you'll be asleep. :)
Good luck! I had the same problem too when I was younger. I used to break out so much. I still get a few zits now, but thankfully, not as intense or frequent. If you're persistent, you will find something that will help combat the acne. Everyone's skin is different, so we all have different things that work for us. And yeah, when you're older, your skin will be a lot more calm. Trust me. c:

There are some good suggestions here! Another thing that might help is sleeping on a clean pillow case every night. It's easy to skip, but with all the dead skin and stuff that rubs off onto your pillow, it can easily clog pores since you're in contact with it the whole time you're alseep. Another cheap remedy is using toothpaste on acne before bed. Dab a little toothpaste (actual paste, not the gel kind) right on the zit, and it'll dry out the zit and make it smaller. But use caution, this can dry out your skin so be aware of that and use a good face moisturizer. Also, if you don't have much luck, just realize that acne is something almost everyone has to deal with at some point in their lives. Maybe the girls in your school don't have acne now, but they might have to deal with it later on. I know acne is unflattering and can even be painful sometimes, I'm still dealing with it, but what's worse is if you let it ruin your day. Be confident, no one will mind your acne if you don't let it get in your way. Don't let it bring you down! Acne does not define who you are, so just remember that and stay positive! Good luck!

Honey, ask your dermatologist for Acutane !!!! It may have some very scary side effects, but they aren't likely, and it gets rid of acne for good in 6 months! Look into it and ask if you are eligible ! XOXO

Murad products. Murad.com the stuff may be a little pricey but I don't know a single person it hasn't worked on. I personally have not used the acne line, I use the vitalize line.

I don't think you've tried everything. You can still get treatments from a dermatologist like Acne laser surgery or Dermabrasion. You can see more treatments here : nyccosmeticdermatology.com
