i usually find calculate that from the bmi system but work backward. for a normal (healthy) weight the BMI should be between 20 and 25. to work it out:



weight = BMI * height in meters squared

in your case the ideal weight range would be between: 57.8kg (127.4 pounds) and 72.25 kg (159 pounds)
