good exercises for christmas time?

okay, so i've been trying to loose a bit of weight over the past few months, without really exercising or making any changes- but i still feel a bit pudgy and would like to be a bit skinnier, but don't worry, i know what's healthy and whats not- and i don't want to damage my body or get really skinny, just a bit more on the thin side (:

anyway, it's my birthday and christmas and i don't want my work to go to waste. does anyone have any tips on how to still enjoy christmas, etc, without putting on weight, and still eating all the food (my parents will notice), plus any exericises i can do which are designed for the thighs and tummy, which don't make much noise? :P

thanks in advance guys (:

You can not really loose weight without exercising and not changing anything. Of course you will still feel 'pudgy'. If you want to do exercising that do not make a lot of noise and you want to tone your tummy and thighs. I would suggest Pilates. That will tighten/tone your core. You can eat anything you want for Christmas/ Birthday... but just eat in moderations and control your portions. Eat slowly and chew thoroughly and eat till you are full then stop... do not force yourself to eat more till your stuffed and can not move. Then whenever your hungry a little more.

you may want to try toning instead of weight loss

that involves doing repition exercises that have low weight. even dancing like belly dancing or twists
