well im scared when i saw that my chin bone was like that... im not sure how it became like this but it wasnt like that when i was younger... im sixteen this year... and my right upper jaw hurts a lot whenever i touch it n put pressure on it... :( i try reasoned to my parents about my chin but they just say you are born like that ... but i wasnt... looking at my chin kinda scares me the way theres this funny shapes... :( especially when i smile with teeth this is from under, under too, its very squarish why do i have this??, i've had braces before and im using retainers now... i only noticed my chin like this after my braces were taken off .. since i wasnt born with it... some say it could be the braces?? but some said it could be because of me growing up?? but how does the growing up affect it????? if so when i get older how well it get developed... im scared not knowing why my upper right jaw hurts when i touch it...

Your jaw will always hurt after braces becuase braces put alot of pressure on your jaw and teeth.

This sounds like your wisdom tooth is coming through there you might not be able to feel it yet, but it can be very painfull for your jaw, neck, teeth, ears everthing. It will especially hurt when you touch it.

But everyone chin does this its normal the first and second picture is just because you are straining the skin and the last one is because you are putting pressure on the bottom lip its totally normal you are just crinckling the skin.

If the pain is that bad go to see your dentist.

my chin does the thing in the last picture you have. it's normal im pretty sure but you can ask your orthodontist when you go back. the pain I dont know except it might be from your braces and teeth shifting. I would wait a little while and see if it gets better then maybe see a doctor

hey its normal for people to get paranoid about body parts they dnt like. Instead focus on ur hole face because in ur profile u look cute. plus theres no point worrying about somethink u can change.

like me for example i didnt like me ears but new i cound not change them. so i stoped worrying about them and thought well the make me, me.

OMG STOP. your chin looks like mine : P and alot of other people if we strain ours too. when you really smile no one really looks good if it's showing all the top and bottom teeth it makes your chin look like that too. and yes your chin is made of cartalige so it'll be squashy!

we are the hardes judges for ourselves others will not thing anything nearly as bad as you do

show us a regular pic of you! not trying to show ALL your teeth just a normal smil showing your top teeth and not strechting your mouth all the way from side to side. you can feel the muscles in your face if your straining them to smile we need just a normal 'see a cute kid playing' smile.

and also the retainer will keep your jaw sore as well until you're grown and your teeth are permanetly set
