anyone know of a diet that will make me lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?

i really want to look more fit when i go see my family for the holidays. I've always been the chubby one in the family.I used to be 158 and now i'm 129, but i still want to lose some more. exercising doesnt seem to e helping me anymore

Well i think you should go for walk that is really worth thing, trust me, but when you leave it and eat alot ov food ya face becomes really fatty like a ball.>. PLUS whatever you are doin just pull ya tummy in this is really good tip as well you try it you will know it all. And and and....... ANYMORE TIPPPP..........Drink alot ov water and yeah go to washroom every night coz all the fat you have burned all the day needs to get out (being scientific...:lol:. I WILL PRAY FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK(i know all thi s tips coz all ov my friends are obssessed with smartness)=)

drink lots of water to flush out the fat, eat healthy and exercise as much as you can. Walking is great.But don't drop too many pounds too fast.Exercise alone won't work it just tones you as you lose, you have to eat better and watch calorie and fat intake.

All I can really recommend is running. Real running, not just jogging. When I was 170 lbs. and wanted to get down to 140, I ran for 20 minutes, 3 times a day. It took me a little over a month to reach my goal, so you might reach yours in time.

Of course, my running was not paired with a diet. So if you diet, you'll lose the weight in no time. Good luck! :]

129 isn't chubby. and congrats on the weightloss. losing 15lbs in 2 weeks seems like it would be unhealthy. try getting 8 hours of sleep a night (good sleep promotes weight loss), eat a salad and drink water before a meal (fills you up faster on good veggies instead of big portions of other things), snack on fruits instead of any junk, drink a cold glass of water and have breakfast every morning to kickstart your metabolism. i also started doing situps (i DO NOT exercise, lol) on top of all this and lost 3 inches off my waist in a couple weeks.
