i've been trying to lose weight really quick too.

i've actually began to lose weight already by doing yoga and dancing.

it's fun and super easy.

plus, i cut out nasty snack foods.

if i get hungry i eat an apple or some carrots.

Try Yoga! -Though you don't look like you need to lose weight! You look like the perfect size. :] -

Yoga really helps, as well as some strength exercises -push ups and the like-.

And when you get hungry for a snack or something, eat some fruit or a salad or something. That's what I do.

You could run too! =] I mean, if you want.

yea i agreee

you dont look like you need to lose weight

you look like a perfect size

well if you want to

wat i did to lose weight

was eat only salmon and vegetables

and two pieces of bread a day

and jus drink a lotta green tea and water no soda

and when i got hungry i ate some granola bars

but you gotta excersize of course which is the harder part

i would run everynight and every mornin

and come back and do the usual stuff like situps and that

if you wanna work out your arms

get size 3 dumbells cuz it tones it out

and you wont look like the hulk

and when you work out your sides do like some for however much you want and jus switch to the next one

hope my advice works =D

30 pounds? Ur a nice size, like 10 would make more sense..... but anyways try cutting out your snacking, and exercising. Always eat your meals, dont go starving yourself. you need energy for your metabolism. But exercising at leat 15 minutes a day is what is really going to kick nip that unwanted fat into shape.
