It could be that you are slightly dehydrated. Drink more water, and if it still doesn't change after a few days of drinkin lots of water then sit your mom down and really talk to her, tell her you want her help.

Oh that happens to me alot. One time i went for about a minute without being able to see anything and just standing there until my mom asked me what the heck I was doing lol.

Usually it's because you don't get enough sleep or youo're dehydrated. So get to sleep earlier and drink more water!

it's best to start now since it's summer, to sleep a little earlier or sleep a little longer. It started getting better for me but then I got sick last week and it started happening again. Drink more fluids and you should be alright.

if it continues to happen i would suggest going to the doctor, they'll be able to help you more.

That happens to me sometimes...one time I got up too fast and I fainting in my moms arms. Say hydrated and your blood pressure is most likely down too. Also, take it easy and don't stand up too fast.

Had this happen to me when I was alot younger.

Doctors thought mine was due to not eating enough, possibly dehydrated.

Make sure your also taking a daily vitamin...girls your age can sometimes become anemic pretty easy...so take a good vitamin..and lots of water. But if it gets too bad I would go to the dr. just in case.

Do not worry, this happens to a lot of people. When you initially stand up your blood pressure changes and it drops when you stand up quickly which decreased your O2 into the brain and then you glucose levels can drop as well. But your body's homeostasis regulates itself and you will okay after several seconds. Do not worry... it happens. Your hypothalamus will normalize things.
