Ways to help me fall asleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately :/ I've tried counting sleep. I've tried listening to lullabys. School stratedalready started and last night I didn't sleep a wink. I've only been sleeping for a few hours for the past few days. :/ Is there anyway to help me fall asleep without taking medicine?

wen i cant sleep i get a bunch of bedding and just throw it on top of my bed and get rly comfortable then talk on the phone or txt or watch tv or go on the computer till i fall asleep :)

probably you've already stressed out for your sleepless nights and when the time comes for sleeping you seem to get more and more pissed...i think the best way is to test some tricks before you have to go to sleep...and don't worry there are several reasons why this happens....and it should cease soon...



i always have a good and relaxing bath before i go to sleep especially on these critical days..when i'm stressed...also some say that you should try to plan your naps regularly to the same hour every night...to have a kind of system...

they have "PM" pills at the drug store that make you fall asleep.

just lie down and try relax yourself by repeating to yourself stuff like:

"Now im gonna count to ten and with each number my bodys gonna relax more and more.."

God, i sound like a looney. But there are other ways to meditate aswell. Get everything out of your mind. Make your mind blaank (:

trying yoga and jusr some relaxing music and breathing actions can help



also drinking warm milk (or hot coco) made with real milk



lavender baby bath wash in a nice quite bath before bed with maybe a candle and some musci

well u should get a CD tht has like these relii relaxing sounds like ocean waves or the sounds in the forest and A LOT more!! hope i helped!! :]
