Anyway to do that? I can't go JOGGING OR WALKING OR BICYCLING. Because my mom and dad are scared I'ma gonna get harrased by three boys going around on bikes *rolls eyes* That's already happened and I told them they needed to leave me alone. And they did. But that's not the point. I wanna loose a bit of belly fat I've gained.... Blah. And I was SUPPOSED to go jogging today with a group of 4 people, but my mom still said no for my 'safety'. I've tried talking to her about how IMPORTANT it is for me,but she won't listen. She never listens. And I have already cut sugary foods from my diet.

You know what you can tell her? (Id know, i had the same problem once.) Explain to her that you need to stay in shape. say you get harassed in school or something like that. Then ask her sweetly if she can 'help you' pay for a walking excersize machine (I dont remember what they are called) or a gym membership. Hopefully that works! :]

i like the tension exercises you can do them every day and they don't hurt



you just tighten the muscles while your walking or sitting and doing anything during the day hold it for a lil while then release and you can do that as often as you like



and remember it's not sucking in your stomach your actually 'tightening' the muscles and holding that you can tell the differance cause you don't want an INCAVE that's pulling the tummy too. just try to hold it straight and flat (but you can't do it wrong) it will just work better if you do it right

i know how it feel to have your mom NEVER LISTEN. but heres something to do. If your planning on spending money, buy the"ab circle pro'. it actually gave me abs. all you have t odo it is for about 3 minutes. i do it for about 3 minutes, 3 times a day. but i usually dont do it everyday. lol. or just dont eat as much. throw out all the junk food and go organic. and/or try a new sport like gymnastics. or even go to a gym! it helps. (;

it sounds silly but it works.. do u have a spare day free?

if so.. suck in your tummy as thin as you can go.. grab some masking tape and wrap it around ur tummy from ur waist to under ur boobs. u can wear normal clothes over the top. u will start to feel pretty sick throughout the time u wear this, and u will probly hav to go to the bathroom, but by teh end ov teh day ur tummy will be used to being thin and trim, and u will lose a lil weight as well.

Since winter is approaching, indoor exercise will become necessary. Have you considered wearing a pedometer to track steps as you do household chores? Or why not go up and down your stairs or start up an intense game of tag in your backyard?



Can you and your friends get to a mall or shopping center? You can get some exercise just by walking around...plus you can have some fun.
