How to lose as much weight as possible before 18th March 2009 ?

I have a dance show coming up and we have to dance i shorts and i hate my legs, they are really flabby and so is my stomuch. im trying as hard as i can to lose weight by eating healthy and jogging is there anything else i can do without having to go to sportsclubs or pay money for and stuff ? the dance show is in less than 2 weeks so i need to lose as much as weight as possible, im only 13 and weigh 9 stone 2 1/2 lbs, which is alot for my age and height! any ideas ? please comment :D

Dieting is something you REALLY have to commit to it or it work work like you wan it to. Let's start of with: do NOT consider crash dieting.



First off focus not on the food in your stomach but in your kitchen. Look through cupboards and refrigorator and get rid of anything you tell yourself you shouldn't have(greasy,sugary,salty stuff).



When trying to lose a good amount of weight it may seem like a little to much but you MUST have 3 meals a day. Make tme for breakfast if you haven't. Eating breakfast helps controll hunger during the day.



Counting calories is crazy so instead focus on portion size. Instead of having a sandwich,apple&granola bar eat the apple and half the sandwich. If your still hungry eat the granola bar, If not save it for later along with the other half of the sandwich.



Exercising does help whether you notice it or not. But don't go over board, because you have a certain amount of time add some new routines or moves each day. If your thirsty after drink only water.



Snacking is okay.

Im with ya too! i need to loose a lot of weight before da 13 cuz i got a special event comin up also... i think we should start by eating apple in da morning or sum kind of fiber..nd eat salad for lunch nd eat a sandwhich or sumthin healthy for dinner but dont eat too late..like eat before 7 or 8... nd dont eat anything to big where u get stuffed..but u gotta excercise aleat 20-25 mins during da day...like jogging, dancing..pretty much cardio type workouts...but do sumthing different workout everyday..cuz ur body will get used to da same workout... nd mainly drink aleast 7-8 glasses of water... Im still in da process nd tryin to keep up with da plan but i get lazy at times..lol which is not good. but dont b like me=)..but im still tryin...hope u get to reach ur goal..wish u all da best!;)

You wont lose enough wheight in 2 weeks to show a visable difference. The most you could lose is maybe 5 pounds? Sorry.
