diet ideas?

my friend has been begging me to ask you girls this question, she cba to create an account; but ill end up making her one soon:) hehe x



so shes starting a strict diet and dosen't have much exercise to do, and dosen't know what stuff to eat etc. Any of you girls have any diet experiences, what did you eat? what exercise did you do ? how long did you do it ? how much did you lose and how long did it take you to lose the weight ? etc etc etc. im asking alot, haha. but could you please give quite alot of detail so that she can start and get on with it :)

it depends on how much weight she wants to lose and how long she's willing to stay on the diet. i would reccommended just eating healthy and constant but subtle exsercise. lots of protein from lean meats, milk, beans, fish, veggies, fruits, water etc.

First off, cutting out unhealthy beverages makes a huge difference. I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and just from that, I am 3 pounds less than I was last year when I had a lot of soda.



It's super easy to just go out and take a jog. Bring your iPod or MP3, it makes it fun. : ) Also, if running bores you, find something fun to do with friends like playing a sport or swimming (when it's warmer of course! haa!). If you have others participating in the exercise, it begins to feel like it isn't really exercise.



Incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet, they really help with the different functions of the body, like your immune health. When the functions of your body are healthy, it is easier to burn fat and get weight off, and plus, it also helps out your hair, skin and nails.



I also reccommend taking a daily multivitamin. They are really great.
