well, I haven't put much weight on over christmas. Just 4lbs, but I needed to go on a serious diet before christmas anyway. So what should I do ? I'm not the sort of person to do alot of exercise, but if theres anything simple and easy I could do please tell me. Is there any specific diets I can go on? I'm only 13 so it can't be a very like drastic diet, if you get what I mean. If anyone has like any meal plan ideas, please tell me. thankyou :)

Yea, I understand that you want to get back to a healthy routine or at least begin one. What I am going to start doing is Juicing. Sounds funny huh? I have been trying to research and learn about the healthy benefits about Juicing on and my boyfriend just bought a juicer for me soooo... i want to try to eat more healthy and steamed veges and try to juice healthy veges and some fruits. I also read that it can help detox your body and you can loose 5-12 pounds. So maybe you can look into that. Of course in moderation...

listen to nia. dont diet. its sux the life right out of you. just eat when youre hungry and stop when your full and you will be the weight youre supposed to be :)

well 1st of all you dont need to go on a drastic diet because your already thin enough soo what you should do is eat lots of fruit+veg drink at least 8 glasses of water a day eat lots of youhurts,soups,and healthy food and there you go you wont put uo any weight by doing this so dont worry and stick to it!
