don't just drink water youve gotta eat or your'll become ill so drink water before meals and it feels you up quicker (:

If you ONLY drink water as in you don't drink juice, pop, or anything else that contains sugar, you may not necessarily lose a whole bunch of weight but your face will be clearer ( yay! less pimples ) your hair and skin overall would be healthier too. Why ? because water flushes out all your impurities. Of course I'm not a doctor lol i'm just talking from experience :)

It would help aid weightloss if you cut out fizzy drinks ad juices high in sugar! But try green tea if you can. It speeds up your metabolism making you burn calories faster and its a great source of anti-oxidants

not really , drinking too much water isnt healthy .
Just cut out on the fizzy drinks , theres always juice or iced tea.
