I am 12 and I absolutely love music. I always have trouble with guys me height because I'm am 5 feet ans about 6 inches and a lot of guys rnt my height. I listen to all kinds of music. Ok so I have to much fat in my tummy area and thighs. Know any ways to get rid if it? Like any certain adenoids or something. I just know I have too much tummy and thigh and I'm embarrassed to go out becaus people give me dirty looks and I'm sick and tired of it. So thanks people who answered(:

first of all, people most likely give you dirty looks because you're really pretty (:

but if you're concerned about your stomache and thighs, i know that for your stomache, you can do curl-ups, and that will flatten and tone your stomache, but it takes some time.

as for your thighs, you could try running/jogging, running up and down stairs etcetc. i'm not 100% sure that'll help your thighs, though. maybe check into it ? i know it tones your calves and everything, but im not sure about the upper part of your legs.

I have the exact same problem as you. I've tried a lot of work outs. But also eating has a lot to do with it too. I try to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Usually I do curl ups and for my thighs I do leg lifting. What I find that works really well and you can actually feel it the next day if laying on your back on the floor and keeping one leg bent on the ground and having the other straight up in the air. Then You just have to use the leg on the ground to lift yourself up. It works really well. And for my stomach what works but is a little painful is sitting in a sit-up position and bring myself back as far I can go to the point here you feel your stomach muscles shaking. Then you sit there for one minute and then do it 2 more times. It works really well. :) I'm sure that if you look online a lot of things will come up. I've noticed that on they have a lot of good workouts. :) Maybe those will work for you! Good luck! :D

i've lost a lot of my dancer muscle over the years, and now that i'm out of school, im trying to get back into shape. what i do every day after work:

one mile run/walk/whatever i can do that time. i try to run the entire way.

60 side crunches (6 reps of 10)

60 regular crunches (4 reps of 15)

20 minute ride on a cycle

sometimes i will do arms, but thats not a big problem area for me.

also, eating better will get you healthy (which is all that really matters). try detoxing daily (warm water and lemon in the morning) and try to eat more leafy greens!
