Eat right

Exercise, targetting the areas you want to get fit for example crunches, and angled crunches for the stomache area.

Running, is good cardio, as well as fat burning/calorie burning.

If you want to lose weight, you'll have to burn more calories than you input.

I am taking a nutrition class and my professor told me to start reading labels. Try to avoid foods with a lot of sugar. Try to avoid fatty foods. Eat a lot of colorful fruits and veges, they contain the most minerals and vitamins. Whole Wheat breads are good for your. Cut sodas out of your diet. If you start cooking for yourself that will help you watch what your intake is. I make a lot of grilled and baked chicken breast with a side of steamed veges.

Exercise is also important. Try to work out about 30 mins a day. even if it is fast/power walking... it is good. Here is a website that can help your figure out what you should eat ; do not forget to always eat breakfast! Good Luck
