What is the best facewash for "under the skin" breakouts?

I've never really had problems with bad breakouts and big pimples, but lately, I've been getting breakouts like under the skin, but not really black heads. Any suggestions on a good face wash I can buy to get rid of this? I've tried the Nutrogena acne kit (not skin ID, just the one you buy in drug stores) and also, Clean & Clear doesn't really work on my skin. Thanks in advanced for your suggestions! :]

Cold Cream that they sell at the dollar store is good. it might sound like it's some cheap product, but it really works. if u cant find it, it's also online: http://www.soap.com/product/productdetail.aspx?productid=44586&site=CI&srccode=cii_5784816&cpncode=21-82972181-2&utm_source=cse&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=AUN-302&utm_campaign=pricegrabber

I have HORRIBLE acne. I get the full package, black heads, white heads, red spots, and anything else you can think of. Okay not really but you basically get my point. I use two different things. On a daily basis I use Noxzema cream facial cleanser. I really love this because I saw results in the first 3 days of using it and that was without following with a spot treatment.

I'll just share with you my daily routines.

I wake up and wash my face with the Noxzema facial cleanser. If I have a bad spot then i cover it with Terminator10 which is a spot treatment. Then before I go to bed I wash again with the same facial cleanser and I cover my entire face with the spot treatment. Once a week I will use another brand that I have by Avon which has little blue beads to exfoliate (Which is why I use it once a week, don't wanna exfoliate too much) followed by a cleansing bad by the same line and then a spot treatment of the same line. If i'm wearing makeup or if my face feels oily or dirty in any point in time throughout the day I use noxzema pads to rid of whatever I don't like.

And that's pretty much it.

Sometimes I don't follow the exact pattern but that's basically what I do everyday.

Exercise is also a key part in healthy skin.

Also taking a daily vitamin will help your skin get the nutrients it needs.

ugh i hate clean n clear worked horrible on my skin since i used to have horrible acne : / lool worst times of my life. but now i just get a bit of acne to show that my period is coming. try daily enfoliating body wash spa (Life Brand) yes its says body wash but truth is it works amazing on the face, good cheap price around $6 and works really good compared to expensive ones i've tried. trust me im someone who used to hate pictures but now no acne : )

get a wash hand sponge ( you know like a wash cloth i use it with the enfoliator n my skin feels soo fresh ! )

if your gunna wear makeup i put on a bit of a clear acne treatment n then concealer blah blah blah.. to prevent breakouts if im gunna wear my makeup for a loong time like for a party.

thanks. i'll definately have to get a routine that works for me going! and i've always used Noxema too and it seems to work well..i just switch back and forth from Noxema to Nutrogena every several months if my skin gets too used to the product and quits working. thanks again! :)

thanks! i've always kind of wanted to try proactive, but i've heard that if you stop using it for a while, your face gets worse...has that ever happened to you, or is that just a myth??

Absolutely(: Another wash that I forgot to mention I use every once in a while is Clean and clear wash with clearasil spot treatment. Like you said, so my skin doesn't get too used to it and stop working.
