How can i improve the condition of my cuticles?

With my job (working at a supermarket) i'm constantly opening hundreds of boxes which is wrecking my cuticles. It's pushing them back so that they're seperated from my nail. Do you have any ideas of how i could fix this?

When opening boxes why not wear a pair of none latex gloves... Exposing ur hands to the boxes all the time can cause an allergy.. So use the gloves and when finished moisturize..:-)

hi Kadie I work as a letter carrier and work around letters and boxes all the time. get yourself a pair of gloves that are nylon with impregnated vinyl. very light last a long time and breathe better than all latex or non-latex style.

They run around 4 bucks at Home Depot and you will love the protection they give your hands. I even put moisturizing lotion on before donning mine for soft hands after work. :D
