i would DIE if that happened....

uhmm just like if you sleep with a beanie on @ night when ur hair is wet.... youll wake up n ur hair will pretty much be straight.

n dont usse a crap load of hairspry cause itll make ur hair look even more fried.

and just wash n condition your hair as much as possible.

u could even use vitamins if you wanted to... oh n carrots help put a shine in ur hair.

:) hope i helped!

xoxo, ally

Eat plenty of proteins. ;] I sometimes straighten my hair by putting it in a ponytail when still SLIGHTLY damp, then moving it down an inch every half-hour or so. It's not perfect, but it works if you just want to tame your mane. ;]

But yeah. Proteins are fantastic (it's what your hair's made of, after all). Eat healthy in general. Always use conditioner in the shower. However, if you hair gets over-greasy from the conditioner, keep the conditioner away from the roots. But still use it!

Hope this helps. :] Good luck!

don't straighten it for a while just find some repairing serum online I believe that's the best solution...

sorry I don't know much but I hope I helped.

Well, for one, next time you bring out the straightening iron, spray a heat defense conditioning spray. Not only will it protect your hair, but it gives you anti-frizz. Not to mention conditioner will help :)
