Aerobics.does it help you lose weight?

Well does areobics help you lose weight or anything but when i start my 8th grade year i chose to to life time aerobics, and so did my friends. does it help you lose weight. [i will have it through the whole 180 days of school too.] we have to run/walk/jog a mile too. we might even have to to it 2 times in one day becuase our regular gym class we have to run/walk/jog the mile too.

well it does help your matabulisom speed up ...

and it so exercise

so you will lose some weight

if your doing it every singe day for more then 30 minutes

yes it's like cardio. anything that keeps you moving will help you burn calories if you want to loose weight eat a good breakfast that has startches for energy and fruit (cereal *drink the milk too* and a banana, apple, or orange) have a big salad with some chicken or other type of mean in a regular sized portion for protein with a milk or water for lunch, and heat a good healty meal including milk, side salad or veggie, and meat



that way you have energy for the day, for lunch your going to burn more caleries than you eat, and at dinner you keep youself healty for the long run

Yes it will help you lose weight. But you have to balance your vigorous workout with a healthy diet. Cardio will make you burn calories quickly, and you need to replace those calories too, as well as the sugar and water you lost during your workout. Keep yourself hydrated and fit :)

With aerobics you do loose some weight, it depends on how often you do it to. :)
