Help! I need a healthy and fun way to workout!

im nearly 13 (in April)im 149 pounds and 5 ft 5

i really think im over weight and u know im at the stage where u start to like boys and such but i dont think any boys like me coz im to big!

im really sporty and enjoy team sports but i have excess flab on my tummy thighs and arms the only part of my body i like is my forearms coz their farely thin

the problem is my family is kind of running low on money and i wanna join pilates or a gym but i cant coz it costs to much! plz help for a fun workout routine that i can fit in with school!!!!1

first of all some boys do like not too skinny girls so stop worrying that no boy likes you because most boys like fun and friendly girls. anyways if you want to do pilates there are some good pilates videos over the internet which are free and you can do them at home.

seventeen magazine always has some workouts you can do at home that require no extra materials except maybe some 1 or 5 pound weights. They even tell what muscles are targeted with this stretch. It's pretty cool and every month they have different ones for you to try out. They also have tips for eating healthy. :)

its okay dont worry too much:)

just start having a healthy balanced diet including excercise for 1 hour a day.little by little you'll see the results.:P

throughout the day dont snack too much with sweets or with heavy meals.

we all need energy to keep us moving so eat some fruit(:

waters definitily important and make sure not to et when your stressed ,tired ,or boredd espeacially! its sumthing alot of us do.

Working out with a friend is always the funnest thing to do. Try jogging with a group of friends or, because your family is low on money, try just buying palates DVDs from a video store or a tai-bo video.

omg i am the samee!

Im doing the atkins diet. U can look it up for moree, but something fun to do is dance. U can get fit in dancee so make up a dance or something on demand maybee.. OR join a dance class. Something with dance hehe ..

Good luck i think im going to start that!!:x
