i'm trying to grow my hair longer too, although there's not that much that will help it to grow considerably faster.

If you blow dry/ straighten it, etc, make sure you use heat protection, as if you damage your hair it doesn't look as nice and will probably break.

also i've been told by a hairdresser that eating pumpkin seeds will help speed up hair growth.

i hope this helps (:

Your hair grows an average of 1/2 an inch a month. So reasonably 7 inches is asking a lot. But there are several things you can do to ensure your hair will grow healthy and strong you can do weekly hot oil treatments and scalp massages. This can increase your blood circulation to your scalp to promote hair growth. You can take Biotin which is for nails and hair growth.

theres not much you can do to help your hair grow out faster. just keep it healthy so you dont have to cut off as much dead ends
