okay, so basics- i have been badly constipated since i was 4, im 13. Not only does the constipation feed into my weight problem, it also causes my acne problem, which has been occuring for many years straight. Since i was between 7 and 9 is when i got and have had bad acne. ive tried many OTC medicines, and i even am currently take a Rx medicine. A benzoyl peroxide wash and some gel thing, and even this doesnt work. I try to wash my face at a minimum of 2 times a day, and rinse it off when i get sweaty. BUT NOTHING! i still have it, and its all over! my forehead, the sides of my head, my cheeks nose and even chin. ( my body too [shoulders and a little on my chest] so if you know how to help that, please help!) Is there anything that will help this kind of acne?? or even better, cure it?? IM DESPERATE!! thanks! sorry its so long!

You might want to look into a salycic acid body/face peel and go see a dermatologist about your problem. Seeing as it's coming from biological factors as opposed to external factors I think your dermatologist will have more effective reccomendations for you.

hmm my acne was pretty bad too but i knew i was gunna get it bad since its genes my dad had real bad acne so i got it and my brother too. I get acne on my back , chest , face, thighs but i found solutions that really helped and now i barely get but i still have those bad days. i had to experiment a lot though :P with the constipation and weight maybe you should try going to a naturopathic doctor and they could give you some natural products to help control your body and clean it off bad stuff cuz maybe something in your bodys not functioning right thats causing the acne. something thats real gross but i find works so good for me is that in the morning the very first pee you do get a cup and pee some pee in it and apply that to your face (the morning pee only) wash your face first and obviously after (try using hot6 water). the pee actually acts like and acid so it stings a bit but trust me it helps.
try enfoliating once a week with like those bath gloves i loove them they like scrub off the oil off my face. the products that im using right now are called acne free by university medical and i find that they worked really good. different factors affect acne so try different things like sleep early, drink lots of water , change your diet eat healthier, exercise and destress your body, shower daily, . all these things tried together could make a big difference on your skin :)
