Okay so i wanna start a plan of what i do and stuff. Soo i when i get back from school i want to exercise to tone up and stuff and i wanna do my homework and then have some free time but i dont what things to do and when to do them. Hope it makes sense.. HELP PLEASE :D

It's probably best to do your toning exercises in the morning depending on how much work you have usually after school, if you prefer after after school workouts then its best for you to go home, finish your homework and then if you like watching tv do the exercises while watching your favourite shows. For belly fat toning, do push ups, sit ups, and bicycles (basically like crunches but with changes to make it more difficult)
