My kind of weight loss plan... Any ideas, thoughts or tips??

Ok so im going on holiday in 3 weeks and want to lose a few pounds atleast my plan is to:

- cut out junk and sugary foods and drink

- drink lots and lots of water (ha)

- exercise everyday for about 30minutes to 1hour atleast

- 1hour of zumba on wii everyday or few times a week

- just be healthy and take care of myself

- think about good things and hangout with friends

- try nd commit and stay motivated

Ok now i need some help on how to keep motivated, cause im lazy and what exercises and foods are best? Are there any tips you could give me please??? :)

keeping yourself motivated to do these things is really hard (based on my experience). But I have a solution if you're lazy, (like me). Just try to drink 1-2 glasses of water before every meal. this may sound pretty easy, but to be honest, it is somewhat hard to do everyday. But after 4 months, I got used to it. now my weight is around 105-110 lbs and Iost 3-4 inches around my waist. my waist measurement is now 25 inches. i also do 20 sit-ups every morning. :)

Sounds good to me! Really try and stay motivatedbecuz its so easy to jus give up and watch tv lol I always try to drink water. I try and keep a glass on my nightstand and on my table by the door to remind me to drink water. Crystal light helps too when I'm tired of drinking bleh! water. I usually do three sets of ten situps and pushups off the wall. I recommend excerising every other day cuz my mom always said that muscles progress when they rest. I've been running laps at my school all summer and I'm happy wit the results. Maybe consider taking a multivitamin. Excersise wit muic to keep it from being so gruesome lol. Make sure to sleep too. You will b useless if ur too tired to workout lol. Good luck to you :D hope this somewhat helped! :)

Sounds really good just find the motivation and it'll be a piece of cake :P like have a role model or somebody you want to have a figure like, and whenever you feel like you motivation wavering take out the pic :D
