How can i lose weight quickly and stay motivated?? HELP PLEASE :)

I have about 2months (a bit less) to lose weight but I just don't know what to do. I really need help on what to do like exercises and meals and tips etc. Also how can I stay motivated because I tend to be lazy? I just need any tips, please please help me I want to lose weight and become fitter & healthier. I don't really have anyone to workout with either. thankyou :)

Simply avoid overeating and junk foods. Also start ding physical activities like exercises; do not stay too long on couches get and start walking.
Drink plenty of water to fulfill your appetite.
No work outs; cut off calories in foods. Check for calories intake in each food item you eat.
you can prepare a drink by mixing little honey and cinnamon in warm water and drink it daily morning.

I had great reaults when I started in febuary. In febuary I would run around the school track until I was exhausted (keep water on hand and play music, helps a ton). If you dont wanna look like a pyscho running the track solo invite friends. I would run through my neighborhood. Also I went to the gym every other day and did ankle lifts, ran the treadmill, and some equipement that really worked my arms and stomach. I went to the gym at my local rec. center. I didnt go on the weekends tho. On weekends i would jog and jump rope. Music was a lifesaver because I would be so hyped up on whatever I was listening too. When I started losing motivation I would think about summer and all the bikinis and cute clothes I could actually buy for my healthier body. I drank around 64oz of water a day and completely cut out soda. I still ate sweets but I paid attention to serving sizes and my calorie intake. I ate slower so smaller amounts of food became more satisfying and filling. Its sounds like hard work because it is. Soon though, it will be like second nature and you can pride yourself in the fact that pushed yourself and reached your goal. I hope I helped :)

Eat a greek yogert and banana for breakfast every morning. Cut back on sodas and tea, more water and flavored water. It will jumpstart your metabolism
