Taking mulit-vitamins , & rubbing extra virgin olive oil at the roots & ends at night.. it will help speed up the process .

Okay don't use no heating products on your bangs...Unless you use a heat protectent. Ummmm...they have these vitamins called "Hair, nails, and skin" should probably look into taking those. Also, I've found fish oil tablets to be very helpful. If you have dandruff you should get a dandruff shampoo and a copper brush. Dandriff could block the hair folicle from growing...there resulting in slowing the process. Give yourself a 3-5 minute scalp massage everyday. It is good for making the blook flow faster. And of course just take care of your hair. :)

•1.Get your hair trimmed only when you notice split ends or breakage. Many hairstylists recommend having your hair trimmed every six to eight weeks to keep it healthy, however, this seems to defeat the purpose of growing longer hair if you have more than a quarter of an inch trimmed each time you visit the salon.

•2.Wash your hair with strengthening shampoo. Choose a salon-quality shampoo and conditioner formulated to strengthen your hair.

•3.Gently massage your scalp at least 5 to 10 minutes every day to stimulate hair growth and make your hair grow faster naturally.

•4.Take a folic acid supplement daily.

•5.Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. A diet rich in vitamin B12, calcium, iron and zinc will help your hair grow faster naturally and make it thicker, fuller and healthier. Fresh fish, eggs, cheese, lentils, Brazil nuts and other nutritious foods can improve your overall health and encourage fast hair and fingernail growth.
