what is a good workout and eating plan to do in order to get fit toned in under 2 months?

my school graduation is in a little over 2 months away and i want to look and feel my best but whenever i try and go on a healthy eating/fitness plan, i always seem to cave in and have a few cookies or any other junk food. i get discouraged really easily, especially when i don't see results right away. i know that it is pretty much impossible to see results right away but i need motivation ASAP!!!!! does anyone have any exercies or motivation tips to help keep me on track??? i weigh about 117 pounds right now if that makes a difference or not.

eating well and getting your vitamins help your body work ofcourse

you can look in my blog to see tips for weight in that folder

also look for things on high repition and low weight to help tone and not really build

I wish I weighed 117 pounds T.T........You so don't need to lose anything.

You are incredibly light like wow. Just try eating some fruit and veggies, drink more water, and dance. Crank the iPod and just dance around the room for fun, you so don't need to lose weight, you just need to feel refreshed, and there's a start.

Depending on how tall you are determines if you are in a healthy weight category, but 117 is generally good for anyone between heights 5'1" - 5'5" depeding on build (how much muscle) and your frame (petite, average/medium, large or so called "thick" these days) meaning you can give more leeway for weight as you get taller and frame size increases.

For you I wouldnt suggest loosing any weight b/c you probably risk being under weight however toning your body up will give you that added sculpted look with in feminine boundaries. So don't be afraid to pick up light free weights and do a few arm exercises, a few lunges to tone your legs and thighs, or a couple minutes of cardio mixed with a good ab workout (NO TRADITIONAL CRUNCHES B.C THEY ARE WAY INEFFECTIVE). This give the added benefit of not looking plain jane.
