well, i'm pretty sure when you get your contacts, the people there will help you out....when i got my contacts i had to put the contacts in, then take them out and then put them in again before i was allow to leave. so basically they wouldn't let me leave until i learned how to put the contacts in. you'll get use to it eventually. it took me about a week to get use to it...and then well, i stopped using my contacts, i don't remember why and now it's hard for me to get them in again....make sure you put the contact on the tip of your finger, if you're right handed use that hand to put the contact in (i usually put it on my pointer finger), and use your left hand to pull your eye lid up. if you're left handed, just reverse it.......or you can use any hand really (i tried putting my contacts in with my left, and it didn't work)

good luck

Yea i was one of those people who couldnt get it lol but because my mom wears them i was able to go home. but now i live in them, what i do since im left handed is always get the right lens on the tip of my left pointer finger, then with my right pointer i lift the top lid and with my middle left finger i kinda pull the bottom down a bit. i never look directly at it but i tap it on my eye and then move my eye aound a bit to make sure it on all the way. Same for the next eye :] To take it out just start like you were going to put it on with your fingers only with your pointer (left or right depending what hand you use) slide it to the side and pinch a little with the thumb. I hope this helped because i really wished it was easier for me in the beginning too lol, good luck ^-^

I pull out my bottom lid and look straight into the mirror and set the contact on my eye in the space between the lid and the eye and let go of my eyelid before taking my finger off the contact and just blink a couple times and it goes right to its spot. It took me the longest time to learn how to get them in since people kept telling me to use the top lid, but once i tried it this way it went great.

Also, to get them out, just look straight in the mirror and lightly pull the contact to the bottom of your eye where it will wrinkle and grap the wrinkle and it comes right out!

easy way open your eye with the ring finger pulling downward and have the contact on your pointer finger

(make sure it's clean and the right direction)

and make sure your pointer finger is dry so it suctions to your eye and doesn't flip back onto your finger.

have a clean dry rag nearby to wipe on if your finger is wet but make sure it's not linty

look straight up or sideways away from the center of your eye and then touch the contact to your white part of your eye.

keep it there and look at the center of the contact this motion will help make that suction then blink

to take it off. look at your finger and touch the center of your eye. then while doing this look away pulling your finger down then blink. when your pull your finger downward on your eye it should bump up your contact so it'll pop off when you blink

or you can try the pinching method to get it off but that can be hard if you don't know how

I wear it everyday. To put them in, use ur middle finger to keep the eyelid open and the thumb to keep the bottom stretched down. Use your pointer finger and just press it in. To take them out, just take your pointer and thumb and squeeze the edges and it will pop it. It may take a couple seconds to get it though. Pretty easy once you get used to it.

you need to use your other hand to pull your eyelid up though

oh and then to take them out, you use one hand to pull the eyelid up and then with your index finger (that's the one i use) of your free hand pull the bottom part of your eye down and then with your pointer and thumb gently pinch the contact (or pull it down a bit first) and pull it out)
