yes. increasing physical activity, or just high levels of physical activity, tends to make your period shorter and lighter.

same with malnutrition

i've experienced both of the above.

i know if your sick you may skip or have a short period



if you don't get the proper foods you may skip or have a short period



if you work out too much you could skip or have a short period



so yes if you put alot of strain on your body from running alot you may have a shorter period
