Easy ways to lose wieght

sooo i need help prom is coming up and i need to lose some weight....i dont do alot exercise and i cant take weight lose pills so what could i do to lose weight?????

Depends on your weight typically. Im going to suggest that if youre 150lbs or less then just do some light exercising and light eating. Cut out fast food and soda. I know that can be hard my parent's work alot so the typical meal was something fast and easy but if you can get to the grocery store at least one day a week just stock up on quick on the go stuff like slim fast, 100 calorie snack packs, apples (or fruit of your choice) prepacked salads and Smart One's frozen meals are amazing their healthy but suprisingly good especially their desserts! I have a definate sweet tooth and those hit the spot. Make sure to drink tons of water it will help rid yourself of toxins and get plenty of sleep have a positive attitude you have to know you ARE going to lose the weight. Also making sure not to eat to the point of feeling miserable if you feel yourself getting full then stop. I eat every two or three house very small meals and water with everything or a small class of skim milk with my nightly dessert! :)
